Tralee/St. Brendan’s Senior Championship: Na Gaeil senior men will play Kerins O’Rahillys in Round 1 next Sunday at 2.30pm in Strand Road.
Annual Race Night: On Friday 29th November at 8.30pm Na Gaeil will host it’s Annual Race Night in the Clubhouse and it will also be streamed live on Facebook. The winner of each race receives a prize and every horse bought will be entered into a draw to compete in the NA GAEIL GOLD CUP with a prize of €1,000 for the winner. The proceeds of the Race Night are vital funding for Major field development, catering for over 600 boys and girls from U6’s to Seniors, maintaining and upgrading indoor and outdoor facilities and catering for Scor Sínsir agus Óg. Horses can be purchased from Donal 087 2577729, Terry 086 8293261, Colm 087 9080465 or any member of the Club Executive, in the Clubhouse or through Klubfunder. Drámaíocht: As a result of huge interest expressed in staging a Drama Production in Na Gaeil, Mary Quirke is proposing to start rehearsals in the New Year with a view to treading the boards in early March! Accordingly, we are asking anyone interested in getting involved to attend an open meeting on Friday 15th November at 7.30pm in Na Gaeil. We are looking for actors, stage crew, sound/lighting technicians, PR and marketing personnel. Please pass on this information to anyone who you might think would like to participate.
Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha: Áthas orainn fáilte a chur roimh Chaitríona ó Ghlór na nGael agus Aeidín ón CLG le déanaí agus iad ar a dturas timpeall na tíre ag déanamh measunú ar chlubanna atá cláraithe le Fondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha. Delighted to welcome Caitriona agus Aeidin from Glór na nGael and CLG to Na Gaeil recently as they travelled around the country assessing clubs registered with the Joe McDonagh Foundation. Having been awarded the bronze medal in 2023, Na Gaeil hope to be considered for the silver medal award this year in recognition of the club’s continuing efforts to integrate the Irish language into its activities and promote the daily use of the Irish language in our community. Hurling: Congratulations to Abbeydorney on their exciting extra-time win over Brickey Rangers yesterday in the AIB Munster Club Intermediate Championship quarter final. In the semi-final on November 17th they will face Cashel King Cormacs from Tipperary.

LGFA: Congratulations to Deirdre Kearney and Mary O’Connell who have been nominated for All-Stars. The winners will be announced at a gala banquet at The Bonnington Hotel in Dublin on Saturday 16th November.

Changes to Car Park: We would like to make patrons aware of the new wheelchair accessible parking bays and the yellow box for ambulance parking which were added to the club’s car parks earlier this year. Please keep them free at all times for people who need them.

Na Gaeil Cycle Club: Cycle each Saturday at 9am from Na Gaeil club. Everyone is welcome to come for a nice friendly cycle.
Cards: The weekly 45 card game is held every Wednesday night starting at 9pm. Tá fáilte roimh chách.
