Munster GAA’s Gaeltacht Scholarship: Munster GAA is delighted to announce that the 2025 Scholarship Competition for second-level students aged between 12–17 years, wishing to attend a Gaeltacht course this Summer is now open for applications (minimum stay 2 weeks). One Full scholarship per county in the province will be awarded. Scholarships will cover the full cost of the Gaeltacht course. Entry requirements are as follows: Applicants must be a current member of a GAA, LGFA or Camogie Club in Munster. Applicants aged 12 – 17 are required to submit a video recording in Irish of ONE MINUTE’S duration on the following Topic: An Fhoireann is fearr liom (Based on Gaelic games of all codes). Video to also include a brief introduction of self from the student, outlining their interest in Gaeilge and our culture. Videos and application forms to be submitted by February 26th, 2025. Fé 8 Buachaillí: Yesterday morning’s training session was well attended with 24 players taking part. The group enjoyed relays and fun games. Skills training included hand and kick passing, soloing and they finished with a game using their hand passing and kicking skills. See you all next Sunday morning in the Gaelcholaiste at 11am. Fé 10 Buachaillí: Our u10s were flat out yesterday morning in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí. Well done to all 32 boys who trained brilliantly as always! Not long before we’re back on the pitch! Training continues next Sunday from 12pm – 1pm in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí. New members are always welcome.
Fé 12 buachaillí: Our u12 boys are back training and had their first session in the MTU astro yesterday. See you all again next Sunday at MTU from 11am to 12pm. New members are always welcome.
Cailiní ag tréanáil: Yesterday our girls continued with their training indoors. Our u8s and u10s trained in Gaelcholaiste Chiarraí and the u12 girls were in the CBS. Cluichí Sraithe Chiarraí 2025 (LGFA): Comhghairdeas le Deirdre Kearney, Mary O’Connell, Jadyn Lucey, Mark Bourke and the Kerry Ladies who secured another win on the road yesterday when they defeated Tyrone by 4-5 to 1-7. Round 5 will see the Kerry girls away again as they face Mayo at 2pm next Sunday. Venue to be confirmed.

Sraith Iománaíochta Allianz 2025: Unfortunately the Kerry hurlers came home empty handed from Donegal yesterday, losing out on a scoreline of 5-14 to 3-16. Next Saturday they will host Meath in Austin Stack Park at 3.30pm.

Carrchlós: We would like to make patrons aware of the new wheelchair accessible parking bays and the yellow box for ambulance parking which were added to the club’s car parks last year. Please keep them free at all times for people who need them.

Na Gaeil Cycle Club/Ar do Rothar!: Cycle each Saturday at 9am from Na Gaeil club. Everyone is welcome to come for a nice friendly cycle.
