RIP: Our sincere sympathy to Seán O’Mahony, his mother Maura and their family on the passing of Maura’s father Sean Sexton, Broadford last week. May he rest in peace.

Bill Doody Memorial Tournament: Congratulations to our very own Na Gaeil ladies who won the Bill Doody memorial ladies tournament on the Bank Holiday weekend. And to Crossmolina Deel Rovers who won the men’s competition. The Doody family would like to thank everyone who made it, they’re especially grateful to the 6 clubs who took part and the large number of volunteers who helped out in any way on the day itself and in the weeks leading up to the event. There were a total of 214 players and many more supporters in the clubhouse post-tournament for what was an incredible night. There is well over €10,000 raised so far and counting and there is still time to donate.
Scór: Scór Sinsír Co. Final will take place on March 1st at 7pm in Dúchas, MTU. All entries to be confirmed before February 14th. Tralee/ St. Brendans District final for Scór na bPáistí will be held on March 11th at 7.30pm in Dúchas, MTU. All entries to be confirmed before March 4th.

Drámaíocht: “The Learning Curve” – a play written and directed by Mary Quirke will be performed in the club on Friday 7th & Saturday 8th March. Tickets will go on sale later this month. The roles have been cast and rehearsals are underway! Fé 6 Buachaillí agus Cailíní: Our under 6s had a fantastic morning with big numbers yesterday. We focused on the basics, then concentrated on kicking skills and movement/awareness drills. Well done to our coaches who developed kicking and catching. Training will continue in Gaelcholáiste Ciarraí next Sunday from 10am to 11am. Fé 8 Buachaillí: The U8’s Academy enjoyed themselves yesterday morning. The group of 22 enjoyed relays and circuits. Skills training involved hand and kick passing, soloing, backs and forwards and finished with a game using their hand passing and kicking skills. See you all next Sunday morning in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí at 11am. New members are always welcome.
Fé 10 Buachaillí: Our U10s were all action again yesterday morning in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí. The boys zoned in on kick passing and hand passing and got loads of time in mini-games to show off their skills! Training continues next Sunday from 12pm – 1pm in Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí. New members are always welcome.

Cluichí Sraithe Chiarraí 2025 (LGFA): Comhghairdeas le Deirdre Kearney, Mary O’Connell, Jadyn Lucey, Mark Bourke and the Kerry Ladies on their win over Kildare yesterday in Round 3 of the Lidl Ladies National League Division 1. Their next fixture will be on February 23rd when they travel to Healy Park in Omagh to play Tyrone.

Carrchlós: We would like to make patrons aware of the new wheelchair accessible parking bays and the yellow box for ambulance parking which were added to the club’s car parks earlier this year. Please keep them free at all times for people who need them.
